Rates and Insurance
To determine if you have mental health coverage, check with your insurance provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Find answers to the following questions by calling your insurance provider's customer service found on your insurance card:
1. What are my mental health benefits?
2. What is my co-pay amount?
3. How many sessions are covered?
4. How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
It is important that you provide us with all of your coverage plans. We cannot provide an accurate billing of your insurance without it. Please bring your insurance card(s) and a photo ID with you to your first appointment.
(We currently accept the following insurances):
Employee Assistance Programs, (EAP)
You should be able to access our services through other insurance companies if your policy allows "out of network" providers. Contact your insurance provider to see if this is a benefit for you.
Reduced rates are available to clients who do not have and/or choose not to utilize their insurance to pay for services. Payment for services rendered at the cash rate are expected at the time of service.
Please talk to your provider for more information.
Clients must call to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If client does not show up, or does not cancel, client may be charged a late cancellation fee that cannot be billed to their insurance.
